How do I request a new advance amount invoice?

Do you want to view your monthly advance amount invoice or adjust your advance amount? You can easily manage this through the NextEnergy app.

Download advance invoice

• Open the app and click on the icon in the top right corner.
• Go to Finance, where you can view and download invoices and your advance invoice.

Adjust advance amount

In the Finance menu you can also directly adjust your advance amount.

If you disagree with the current amount or want help, start a chat and type: "Adjust advance". A representative will review your usage profile with you to determine the correct amount.
