Upon signing up with NextEnergy, you will immediately receive a welcome email. This contains your username and a link to activate your account. It is crucial to carefully read this email and follow the instructions to activate your account.
Not Received? If you can't find the activation email in your inbox (don't forget to check your spam folder), please contact our customer service. We are ready to assist you by sending a new activation link, so you can activate your account without any issues.
Already a Customer and Lost Your Login Information?
It can happen that you forget your login information. Don't worry, follow these steps to reset your password:
- 1. Download the App: Make sure you have the NextEnergy app. It is available in the Google Playstore for Android devices and in the Apple App Store for iOS devices.
- 2. Open the App: Launch the app and tap on the icon at the top right that looks like a person. Then choose 'login'.
- 3. Reset Password: In the login screen, you will find the option 'forgot password'. Enter your email address that is registered with us here.
- 4. Reset Email: After entering your email address, you will automatically receive an email from us. Follow the link in this email to set a new password.
