How do I adjust my contact preferences for communication with NextEnergy?

You can easily adjust your contact preferences, such as email preferences, via the NextEnergy app.

What do you need to do?

1. Open the NextEnergy app.
2. Click the profile icon in the top right to go to your profile page.
3. Click on 'My Account' under your name at the top.
4. Here you can adjust your communication preferences, such as receiving emails.

With these settings, you can determine how we keep you informed.
