How do I request new login credentials for the app?

Have you lost your login credentials? No problem, you can easily request new login credentials via the NextEnergy app.

What do you need to do?

1. Open the NextEnergy app.
2. Click on 'Forgot login credentials'.
3. Follow the instructions to reset your password and regain access to your account.

Do you have multiple contracts?

If you have two or more contracts, you may need separate login credentials for each contract. In that case, please contact us via chat so we can assist you.
