What notifications can you receive?

Currently, you can enable push notifications in the NextEnergy app for:

Off-peak hours
Receive a notification when the market prices for electricity are low. This way, you know when it might be advantageous to, for example, charge your electric car or use other appliances.

Enable push notifications in the app

1. Open the NextEnergy app.
2. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Go to Settings > Notifications.
4. Turn on Notifications and Off-peak hours.

Check your phone settings

Still not receiving notifications? Then check if notifications are allowed for the NextEnergy app.

On iPhone (iOS)

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Notifications.
3. Select NextEnergy.
4. Make sure Allow Notifications is turned on.

On Android

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Apps > NextEnergy > Notifications.
3. Check if notifications are allowed.
