To fully and correctly connect your home battery, we sometimes need specific information. Which information is needed depends on the brand of your battery.
In this article, you will read where to find this information for Hyxi and SigEnergy.
What information do you need:

Hyxi: Finding Serial Numbers
To connect your Hyxi battery, we need the following information:
- the serial number of the inverter;
- the serial number of the internet dongle.
With these serial numbers, we can identify your system and connect it correctly.
How to find the serial numbers in the HYXiPOWER app
- Open the HYXiPOWER app on your smartphone.
- Log in with your account.
- At the bottom of the app, go to the Device tab.
- You will now see a list of connected devices.
- The serial number, also called SN, is listed directly next to the device.
Make sure you provide both the serial number of the inverter and the serial number of the internet dongle.
SigEnergy: Finding the System ID
To connect your SigEnergy battery, we need the System ID of your battery. You can find this ID in the mySigen app.
How to find the System ID in the mySigen app
- Open the mySigen app on your smartphone.
- Go to the menu and tap on Settings in the bottom right corner.
- In the settings menu, tap the three dots (…).
- Go to Basic Information.
- Here you will find your System ID directly.
