If you can no longer see your energy consumption after moving, you are probably still logged into your old account. This means you only see the consumption of your previous address, where you no longer have an active contract.
What can you do?

Check your mailbox
Search your emails for the registration of your new address. Use the postal code of your new address and "NextEnergy" as search terms. In this email, you will find the login details for your new account. -
Log in with your new account
Use the login details from the email to log into the NextEnergy app. Once you do this, you will have access to the data for your current address.
With the correct login details, you will see your energy consumption for your new address again in the app.
