12 months after we have started supplying electricity and/or gas to your address, we will prepare the annual statement. This statement provides an overview of the total costs of your consumption over the past year. Within 6 weeks, after the 12 months have elapsed, this annual statement is sent.
The total of the 12 monthly advance payments you have made is compared with the total costs of your consumption. If the consumption costs are lower than the advance payments made, the excess amount paid will be refunded to your account within 3 weeks. If the consumption costs are higher than the monthly installment amounts, we will collect that within 2 weeks.
