With the NextEnergy payment plan, you can purchase the Payback Battery without paying the full amount all at once. Instead, you pay in monthly installments while immediately using the battery and start saving on your energy costs.
From Order to Purchase
The process begins in the NextEnergy webshop. There, you choose the battery that suits you and select the payment plan as your payment method. We offer the option to lease the plug-in for a period of 5 years. After this lease period ends, the battery is yours.
After placing your order, you will go through a brief application with our partner Spraypay. This is a standard check that includes verifying your identity and financial situation. In most cases, you will receive a decision within 24 hours.
Is your application approved? Then your battery will be delivered, and you can easily install it yourself using the NextEnergy app. Shortly after, you will start benefiting from the savings the battery provides.
Paying in Installments
About a month after you have signed up for the payment plan, the payment begins. The monthly installment is automatically collected via direct debit.
Because the payment plan is a credit, you pay interest. As a result, the total amount you pay is higher than the purchase price of the battery. You will always see exactly what the costs are in advance before you agree.
Good to know: the NextEnergy savings guarantee remains valid, regardless of whether you pay in full at once or through the payment plan.
Two Agreements, One Solution
When you choose the payment plan, you are actually entering into two agreements:
- With NextEnergy for the battery, warranty, and savings guarantee
- With Spraypay for the payment plan (the credit and the monthly payments)
This is intentionally designed this way. Spraypay is an official credit provider licensed by the AFM and ensures that everything related to borrowing and payments is handled carefully and according to regulations.
