How can I look up my EAN code for my connection?

Your EAN code is a unique code associated with your electricity or gas connection. You can find this code in various ways, depending on your situation.

Are you already a customer of NextEnergy?

Your EAN code is displayed on the profile page in the NextEnergy app. Log in, click on the avatar in the top right corner, and you will find the code with your details. The EAN code is not the same as the serial number visible on your meter itself.

Are you not a customer yet?

• Check your previous contract: Often, the EAN code is listed in the contract details of your previous energy supplier.
• Use the EAN code book: Via www.eancodeboek.nl you can look up your EAN code by entering your address. This is the official register of the Dutch network operators.
