I have a fixed contract but want to switch. Is that possible?

Certainly, you can switch from a fixed contract to NextEnergy. Even when switching from a fixed contract, you go through the normal steps of registration.

Note: If your fixed contract is still active, your current energy supplier may impose a penalty. Make a note of the contract expiration date to avoid a penalty. You can use this date as the start date for your switch.

These penalties are legally determined by the Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM).
